Kitchen and
Living Area
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your
favourite modern conveniences including a
dishwasher, built in microwave, electric hob and
oven, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker and
drinks dispenser, coffee maker, juicer, toaster,
plenty of cupboard space and a telephone with all
local calls free. We provide all your crockery,
cutlery and cooking utensils. For your safety there
are various sizes of plastic drinking cups for use
around the pool.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four
people with extra seating under the windows for
four more at a table.
We have two large four seater sofas and a glass
coffee table situated in front of a TV with cable
television and DVD player.
We have a separate utility room off the kitchen
area. It contains a separate washer and dryer, an
ironing board, a highchair and a fire extinguisher.
All our pool towels are kept here as well and the
laundry basket.
Dining and Lounge Area
This exceptionally large room is divided into
two separate areas, a formal dining area which is
equipped with a large wooden table that comfortably
seats twelve and a relaxation area with three large
three seater sofas, a coffee table, a foot stool
and music centre. This is an ideal space to sit and
talk, read, or to just listen to your favourite
CD.
Bathroom 1
Ground floor bath and shower, vanity unit and
toilet.
Bedroom 1
This room is ideally situated for the elderly
or disabled. It has a double bed, two bedside
tables and lamps, a closet and ceiling fan.
It also has the added benefit of being next door to
a full bathroom with bath and shower.
Pool and Lanai Area
The pool measures 25 ft x 15 ft. It has
underwater lighting for night time use and is
surrounded by various sizes of patio chairs and sun
loungers, a table, and luxury, top of the range BBQ
for your enjoyment.
This area is completely screened and enjoys views
of the golf course and lake.
Garage
The house has a large double garage with remote
controlled doors. It can be accessed from the front
and side of the house or internally from the
utility room.
Unlike most garages, ours has a football table.
It is also where the refuse/garbage bin is stored.
It is a community requirement that bins are not
left out and that the garage doors are to remain
closed when not in use.
